Book: Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe
Rating: 9/10
One word: Tragic
Would I recommend: YES. Every Nigerian must read it.
REASON: The writing is clean. The Igbo proverbs? Chef's kiss. But let’s be honest - Okonkwo caused most of his problems. Fear of looking weak destroyed him and his community.
HOT TAKE: If Okonkwo went to therapy, the book would be 3 pages long 😂
